Agencies were evaluated through a public tender procedure according to WTO rules. Scholtysik came out on top as one of six future partners for all branding-related issues. The evaluation was sorted into four disciplines: traditional advertising agencies, branding agencies, digital agencies and direct marketing suppliers. The partnership is fixed for four years with an optional prolongation.
